Bought some Reiger gin recently and infused it w Earl Grey tea.  Really love the pair.  Also, had that in a drink at Limestone pizza in Lawrence.  The also used egg whites, made something very fluffy w the whites.  It was dreamy.

what's this recipe?  you brew the tea with gin?  or brew tea normally and add gin?  post the deets.

Put the entire bottle in a couple mason jars.  Take several bags of tea and put them in the jars.  Let them sit until you.get the strength you like.  Toss the tea bags and funnel the gin back to the gin bottle.  The recipe I found said to soak for 3 hrs.  I soaked for 1 hr and most ppl I have let try it think it's too strong.  I would go like 30-45 min next time.  That said, i love strong tea.

Yep.  Use lemoncello in place of lemon aid.  Takes a good six weeks to make the lemoncello, though.
