seems like a huge selling point.

yeah, the brochure goes like this

not wanting 3 months of snow but a little bit of winter would be nice

I own my own business. If I want to have a snow day, we have it. I have already declared Thursday a snow day, whether or not it snows. Had one in July last year.

i live near some rednecks, but i don't think it was their plastic lawn chair.  that's the puzzling part.  our street is pretty isolated from other streets, so not sure how it got there.
