I basically stole it from "keytar," which I've always loved (as a name, not as a musical instrument).  When I saw him do it live, I thought two things: 1) "We can't rough ridin' lose now." and 2) "Was that a threetar?"

Look at the gif and imagine a black fist punching the left side of his baby face and see blood and slobber coming out as his face jerks right, distorted, as if he got hit with a bat.

Thats how I would do it, hypothetically of course.
