Aren't we the most profitable athletic department in the country? I could care less about an extra $1 mil. OU got what they deserved

Best value per win. The most profitable is, and will forever be, Bevo

yeah, no, I agree.  That one year was sure awesome.  I remember last year winning 10 games and then ending up at, what, 21st this year?  Yeah.  10 wins.

So you agree that your butthurt over UT getting the benefit of the doubt is misguided? How many times have they gotten a ridiculous preseason ranking? Once? I can't believe what a tard you're being.

And when you have one 10-win season out of the last...9? And you were honestly lucky to win that many games? Yes, 21st is completely reasonable. (But beating Arky would have made us several spots higher, which was my original point). My point about getting better was having sustained success, like Oregon has. I mean the year after a national title they were 11th in the next preseason poll. But they were able to string together a couple top 10 finishes and they will likely be in the top 10 preseason again next year.

I don't think 21st is reasonable when you look at the number of returning starters. Anything beyond the top 15 is a joke.
