Oh boy, WildcatNkilt!  What day do you fly in?  We get there the night of the 1st.

Texas Christian University coach Gary Patterson has been hired as Kansas State's 34th football coach, multiple sources have confirmed to GoPowercat.com.  Patterson replaces Ron Prince, who was fired Wednesday. - Tim Fitzgerald   Nov, 7, 2008

We are getting there night of the 2nd (lame I know).  The shenanigans will happen night of the 4th, and I think we're still trying to figure out hotel on the 4th.

What are you doing for tailgating?  This detail has been the most challenging for WnK and Bro-in-laws.

Any suggestions on hotels in Vegas for the first leg of the Fiesta Bowl trip?  I was thinking of Circus Circus or the Excalibur.  We've got a guy in our group that is pretty in to magic and clowns.

Thanks in advance.  There is typically some good advice on here.

Stayed in a Terrace One Bedroom Suite at the Cosmopolitan last month. Will be difficult to stay anywhere else when in Vegas going forward. Very elite.

Yessir.  We've got the Cosmo and a couple terrace suites locked down during a March Madness bachelor party this Spring.  That place is sick.

We were thinking about The Mirage for this one night excursion to kick off the Fiesta Bowl.  Never stayed there but rooms are like $75 and I've heard it pretty decent.

Got a parking pass, so we could do something at the stadium.  There is a Zona-Rosa-ish entertainment district by the Stadium in Glendale that has some decent bars as well the day of the game.

I locked down a cabana at the day club pool for $10,000 and felt like it was a pretty good deal.

Got a terrace suite at the Cosmo for the weekend following the bowl. Any elite tips would be great.

Not necessarily related, but kind of funny.

K-State - Bowl Order Charge

Scott Garrett <[email protected]>
12/4/12

to Ticket, Adam, Chelsi
Good afternoon,

Earlier today the K-State Ticket Office was processing credit cards for bowl game ticket orders.  An error occurred during payment processing which did not remove the bowl processing fee from fans who pre-ordered bowl tickets but had selected games other than the Fiesta Bowl.

We are working to quickly refund your credit card the $25 (online) or $30 order charge (phone/mail) that was processed in error.  Again, cards were not charged for the actual bowl game tickets, only the $25 or $30 order processing fee and we are working as quickly as possible to resolve the issue before the end of the day.

We apologize for the our error.  Please contact the ticket office at 800.221.CATS if you have questions regarding this message.

Thank you for your support of K-State Athletics – Go Cats!

-Scott
