For those of us who remember '98, I think there is a large portion of

and a lot of
. Anything less than a MNC game would conjure up a lot of very deep sadness like '98 again. Even if we get there, and lose, it would feel a lot like Rocky (he went the 15 rounds w/ the champ).
That being said, if we make the 'ship, and then if we WIN the 'ship? I don't think anyone who didn't go through '98 (and has a experiential knowledge of the pre-LHCBS years) could be quite as enthralled and fulfilled. Would be momentous.
