GMFP was nice enough to handcuff the offense so as not to derail his alma mater. That was our initiation fee apparently. From here on it is nothing but knee cappings. I bet Snyder retiring after this year is the other part of the bargain. True story.

So, assuming Lockett and Sexton are out, who are the backup WRs? When we go 5 wide, who is going to be in there with Harper, TT, and Miller? Is Klein #6?Harper and TT better be ready to ball. T-Hill is probably gonna get a few more looks too.

We haven't run many 5-wide's since OU. Don't remember any against WVU. Maybe only once or twice on Saturday?
The only game in Big 12 play that we didn't run at least one 5 WR formation was WVU. We've used it up to 9 times in a game (OU), but lately its just been 1 or 2 times a game. The majority of the time it is with 5 WRs, though I can think of at least 2-3 times where we split out a RB and/or TE with 3/4 WRs.

It's like you and I are the only ones that pay attention to formations/plays. Pretty disappointed in some of the posters above...disappointed indeed.

I chart every play and every formation for every game. That stuff I post on the blog isn't just made up out of thin air. All people have to do is look through _FANalysis and they can see it. (empty = 5 WRs)

(empty = 5 WRs)its funny because i actually consulted your blog. but you did not list whether or not the empty backfield set consisted of 4 WR and a TE or 5 WR.
Someone on GPC claiming Zimmerman has either a broken Tibia or Fibula, and is out for the year.
