I don't want Oregon & ND to lose.  Th media would be the worst ever if another SEC team made the title game.  It would be a month of completely  ing the SEC.

The SEC ing during the month leading up to KSU/Oregon in the title game is inevitable.

I, for one, am looking forward to the bitterness that is sure to come from the Confederate states when they are left out of the title game.  My only regret is that we won't get a "does playing alabama hurt the image of our program?" thread, which would be even better than the Pig Aggie and Coal Aggie threads.  Alabama fans seem like the jackpot when it comes to a fanbase full of hillbilly losers who are easily troll-able (see Paul Finebaum) and have nothing going for them outside of their football team.

Harvard/Yale.  Harvard's punter kicks it perfectly.  It bounces 10 feet high at the 5 yard line, and three Harvard players standing at the 2 yd line with arms extended fumble it around and poke it into the end zone.  It was Three Stooges material, bros.  Might see it on YouTube.

Hmm, I've never thought of it this way, but it's really why they do this isn't it? It also goes a long way with the perception that they are the toughest conference - play high-profile conference games opening weekend and impress pollsters while everyone else is playing patsies, for the most part. The winners of their difficult early conference games end up in the top 10, like, every year.
