They do that so that when we show up with 20k or so, they can claim we only had 5k and there were a bunch of TCU fans "that didn't get the blackout memo".

The white out for KU (Blizzard in Bramlage) worked extremely well. I think that was the year Denis was a JR and Jake was a SO, 2009? Other than that, no our color-outs have not worked well.
