Alright, let's talk about that 2nd quarter fumble recovery

Why wasn't anyone excited?!  The best running back in the big 12 fumbled and you guys recovered it! BE HAPPY AND STUFF!  Did they all think it was going to be overturned or something?

Very weird moment for sure.  Made me feel like maybe K-State didn't have the fire in their bellies on Saturday.  Almost unnerving.  I know at this point in the season we expect to get 4 or 5 TOs per game, but come on!  Being happy and jumping and smashing into eachother is cool!

no.  i will not accept that answer.  our players need to be super happy and crazy during moments like those.  everyone needs to run into each other and slap each other on the helmets and go to the sideline and feign a jump-smash and then instead turn it into a leapfrog.

i hope this gets fixed.

That was a rough ridin' man play by Britz.  Stuffs the guard and drives him a yard back, keeps his outside free and makes the tackle to force the fumble.  This guy is a true freshman?!  :excited:
:adios:

From my angle it wasn't easy to see the fumble.  I remember watching the play and being like, "oh, there's the ball!"  I got excited more people would have noticed if the play was clearer.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Agree great play by Brut Britz on the play but Adams or Evans actually punched the ball loose Britx was already wrapping up legs by the time ball came out.:lynchmob:

the team doesn't really get jacked when Collin scores either. maybe he and Zim are just getting touchdowns and TOs so much that it's just no big woop?

I thought ABJ reached out with his hand and fake tripped 1Y and made him fall over. In my mind, that is what happened and it was adorable.

Dlew, I couldn't disagree with you more on this point. Love when guys do something awesome and then act like they expected it to happen. Really, really good teams in all sports do this. Regular teams celebrate every stupid little thing. I loved seeing this reaction.

Oh, well would you look at this.  Somebody gave Dlew a license to name-call.

Britz is going to be fantastic. That is one of the better O-Lines we will face. Hold on to your hats, folks!  :weirdrobert:
