Man, you'd have to think so.  It has to be humiliating having your alma mater completely snub you in the coaching search has to cut deep.  No doubt he's got something to prove on Saturday.  A LOT on the line for Pattersen's ego, imo.

Regarding the whole Arkansas thing, it seems more likely that Arkansas is going to hire Arkansas State's coach, and the rumor is that Arkansas State is the one after Patterson. But like I said, that's still pretty ridiculous. I bet the Arkansas State AD will laugh his ass off when that rumor gets back to him.
