I was pretty :dubious: when I discovered the greek yogurt I was eating (yoplait, dannon, etc) was in fact just regular yogurt thickened with corn starch.
Where did you get that overnight bag?

yup, nothing slays my hunger like a 7oz cup of yogurt does.  you want to talk about feeling full?  let's talk about 7oz of gelatinous material in your gullet.

hmm ya oh boy, hey guys, i'm starving, anyone have a line on a yogurt buffet i can drop by?

Yogurt is very good.

Greek yogurt is terrible. Fedor and Cire nailed it here.

I really like the Fage w/ the honey compartment:

The fage fruit flavors with compartments are basically just colored syrup, so they're pretty tasty, but I think I like the honey more.

I'll have to check trader joes.

trader joe's isn't good.  fage is good.  chobani is ok.  the fresh & easy house brand is a good value greek yogurt when you can't find a better brand on sale.  use one of the 25% off coupons and you can basically get it for 0.75 per.

normal american non greek yogurt is ridiculously sweet.  kinda gross.  i miss mexican drinking yogurts though.

it would suck to have terrible genes like you guys where you constantly crave snacks, etc. and must focus on eating yogurt because
a) it bridges your hunger between meals (eating disorder?)
b) you have to eat it because it is "healthy" and your body struggles to deal with your attraction to your high fat/unheathy diet.

I don't like chobani or oikos vanilla, both seem too sweet to me. fage plain yogurt is my go-to for cooking.
