It would just be KSU -10, and no, your farm is gone. PK is the same as saying the spread is zero.

If the line is a PK then we have to win by 1. You get to keep your best farm and a farm in Costa Rica
If the line is -10 we have to win by 11 to keep your farm and the Costa Rican farm.

No such thing as PK -10. Possibly PK with -110 "juice". Means you are throwing down $110 to win $100.

I think you guys are confused. The line is "PK -10" which means it's a pick'em, but whoever you pick must win by 10 or more.

Correct. Final score at the end of the game is all that matters.
