Why not very much Hubez yesterday?

MCMW? Or did I just miss some injury while I was in the can or something?

(Have no doubt the response will be something weirdly obvious and I will feel like a dumbass, so mods can feel free to delete this garbage thread once I read the answer.)

I asked the same question, Ben, so it's obviously a great question.

Pease seems to have taken quite a bit of his PT over the last few weeks. Also, why did the wildcat decide to finally start working this week? _fan?

The wildcat "worked" because of pease's outstanding individual effort, it certainly wasn't cause it was blocked well.  I thought this was not a good game from our OL in general.

Pease seems to be getting more PT because he appears to be hitting the whole quicker and with more physicality than Hubert, imo.

I don't think Hubs was hurt because iirc he was in at one point with Sams on the field. I think Pease was just playing pretty well. :dunno:

Yep.

Pease was feeling it last night.  Probably Pease's best game ever.

I think this is how we've wanted it all along, Snyder just needed Pease to be a viable option. I think we're a better team with both. I love Hubert, but at his size and running as a power runner so much, he's bound to have some wear. Now we can keep both fresh and go with the hot hand.

Pease was just toying with OKState, leisurely stroll in the park.  Got bored, took a nap in the middle of a run.
