Quote
Initially, the stormtroopers serve as the army of the Galactic Empire, putting down revolts and establishing Imperial authority. They are the back bone of the Empire.[1] The Stormtrooper Corps swell in size after Palpatine allows the addition of recruits and conscripts alongside the clones, though the replacement of clones by natural beings lowered the effectiveness of the Empire's famed soldiers.

Wikipedia says

OK.

Palpatine.  What a rough ridin' loser that guy was.

Maybe that's why they couldn't shoot for crap in episodes IV-VI.

You cannot argue that there was a reduction in effectiveness in that regard.  Now, is that the cause?  I do not know.  But, still...

Told CF3 jr. that the rule for watching star wars is you have to be 5. He's about to turn 5 and we're gonna do a binge watch. I think I might go 1-6.

Today we watched #2. Can someone explain to me what Amadala sees in Anakin Skywalker? He is a whiny dork. We watched the movies in this order:

4, 1, 5, 6, 2 HAVE YET TO WATCH 3. Wanted to go 4 5 6 but lil CF3 wanted to see Darth Maul in action. I've never seen #3 so I'm excited to watch it.

Also, Mark Hamill and Hayden Christensen are both terrible actors.

3 made me cry.

Also, she sees the potential in Anakin...too bad he never lives up to it.

Anakin in episode 2 is such a fussy guy. "Obi won doesn't believe in me! HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND ME! WAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

all these jedi in one place seems kinda bad

Ya, was a really bad decision, in retrospect.

this part was so stupid. why not have the clone army arrive WITH the Jedi rather than 4 minutes after them so that like half of them get laser beemed by the droids? Also, the comedic relief of having C3PO have his head pop off and put on a battle droid didn't do it for me.
