Is there such a thing as a "kill shot" when using a BB gun?  I suppose if you were using  a Red Ryder carbine-action, two hundred shot Range Model air rifle with a compass in the stock and a thing which tells time, it would be a different story...

A BB gun can kill.  Just not when shot by an underage imbecile who is hammered drunk.
