Maybe I don't know my audience, but I thought the more thumbs-down-worthy aspect of all this was the repeatedly wrong time-stamped texts they sent out, not so much the neighborhood.

Rookie mistake, anyone doing anything drivers license related in the Wichita area should go to the Andover station. Worth the trip, its much faster and much less grimy than Indian Hills.
