this is my breakfast most mornings but you could absolutely do it for lunch too.
3/4 cup frozen berries (raspberry, blueberry, blackberry mix)
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
3/4 cup spinach
1/2 cup 100% carrot juice (I use bolthouse brand)
1/2 cup acai juice
3/4 scoop of whey protein chowder
one serving size of your choice of fish oil
4 or 5 cubes of ice
blend
if you wanted to you could mix all the ingredients except for the ice the night before and then just throw in the ice and blend it in the morning before work. take to work and place in fridge. spend lunch bbs'n whilst slamming your super healthy and delicious smoothie. you can eat some 2% string cheese too if you want something salty.
