Weird pregunta. I would assume blowing somebody out is better than not all the time but I am not a poll expert by any means.
KU is right on par with Notre Dame ... when it comes to adding additional conference revenue
Beer pro tip: never drink anything other than BL, coors, pbr, maybe a few others that I'm forgetting
You ever eaten two Chipotle burritos and then not pooped for 4 days, but then you finally did? That's the kind of blowout we want.
We need Klein to have a big game in a blow out. Klein having a great game will bring more attention to us then a blow out. The media hates us.
whatever we do we had better win sexy for the pollsters, we need to bring back the percell gaskins jerseys for the sexiest players

Which helps us more in the BCS rankings, a blowout of TTU or a close win? The computers don't factor in game scores anymore so it really comes down to the coaches poll. A blowout of a good TTU team might help us gain some ground on Oregon but it could also knock TTU out of the polls or close to it. A close win would likely not do much for us in terms of gaining on Oregon, but it would help TTU stay higher in the polls and help our SOS in the computers. SO which is better for us in the end. Do we need to gain as much ground on Oregon as possible in the polls, which they will likely make up for once they beat USC/OSU or does TTU keeping it close and winning out help us more? TIA

TIAMargin of victory doesn't matter to the computers. It matters to the voters. The voters make up 2/3 of the equation. If you can blow a team out now, blow them out.

For example are we rewarded substantially more by beating a #25 team compared to a #26 team?
