Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

We're going to pummel their faces into the ground with our dicks and balls.

Texas Christian University coach Gary Patterson has been hired as Kansas State's 34th football coach, multiple sources have confirmed to GoPowercat.com.  Patterson replaces Ron Prince, who was fired Wednesday. - Tim Fitzgerald   Nov, 7, 2008

X's and O's commentary here:

Here is a typical alignment for us on offense

WR        WR       WR       WR     WR      WR      GCTGG

                                                                      QB

We are able to get 6 wide because our O-line has been full of studs all year.  I think we go 7 in the NC kids.

We're that good, they'r that pud.  Mark it down.

Their offense is okay. I'd say it's probably comparable to Iowa State's. But I think their defense is pretty terrible. Like, worse than West Virginia's.

WVU would probably win the SEC.  What a pud conference.

No jokes, I watched the SEC and have not come away impressed.  Their offenses are turrible.  Not a single QB that would survive the Big 12 grinder.

I'm just worried playing them might hurt the image of our program.

Klein's 4.4 speed burns them all night long.  No doubt about it.  SEC is slow, old man football.

I have a friend who did a teaching stint in poor communities in order to get his tuition paid off.  When he was in Alabama, he said there were basically seperate classrooms for black/white children.  Like they would intermix at lunch or whatever, but it was still racist as crap and nobody else seemed to care.  He tried to make changes and the admin started to black-ball him.  Needless to say, he got out of there asap.

Pretty OT here.  This is for serious X's and O's discussion.

here is a defensive alignment I think we might try against Bama's pud O-line

CB     ROVER    ROVER      DEDTDEDTDE ROVER ROVER CB

basically all 11 in the box ready to blitz.

Sorry, I'll try to stay on track.

Do you think Alabama has seen the speed at LB that we have in Brown?  Clearly they haven't seen a LB as good, but does anyone in the SEC at any position have that kind of speed?

From what Ive seen on tape Bama runs mostly a 3 backer system with a strong emphasis on "flowing" to the football.  Luckily, LHC Bill Snyder schemes for this with offensive lineman serving as blockers to provide "running lanes" for our (running) backs.  I see the big rumps up front getting bodies on the Bama backers and us running at a 5.0 Yards per Call (YPC) or greater clip.

I'm not as big of an Xs and Os guy as you, but this looks like a pretty solid scheme to me, and I'm sure _FAN will agree.

If there's one thing I know, it's that their DL is pretty much average. Maybe a little above average at best.
I once blew clove smoke in a guy's face that cut in front of me in the line to KJ's.

Yea, here's the thing:  Everyone talks about how good d-lines are in the SEC, but its just that the O-Lines totally suck.

I think all you need to know about the SEC is that they took the BIG-12 booted-out A&M and, get this, MU.

We beat A&M Aggies by what, 60+ the last time we matched up?  Guess what, there is A&M Aggie dominating the SEC West.  Typical.

The worst team in the conference last year (A&M) is pretty much the best team in their conference this year.

They don't understand cold weather games, that is another "x-factor" in our favor in this National Championship game played in early January.

Serious question, do you think Saban even knows what a scheme is?   :dunno: Seems like they just run around the field like a bunch of respects.

I'll tell you what bloodfart, the only thing as big as Saban's massive ego are his lifts (he's a "little person") and the only thing bigger than both of those is the size of LHC Bill Snyder's binder full of schemes.

Saban is outmatched and will be bested.  Another category in which K-State dominates the Elephants.

So far:

Oline:    Advantage KSU
Dline:   Advantage K-State
Schemes  BIG X-FACTOR FOR THE CATS!

Are they called the Crimson Tide because Saban always acts like he's on his period?  I'll bet they are
