So glad somebody posted that. My favorite was when they said they would win because the will be HEAVILY emphasizing tackling all week. I mean, we might as well play some West Virginia middle school team.

Hey EMAWs, sorry to see that threads are getting closed over at WMITC. I've been a member of the site only a short while, but most of the people over there seem to be a little older (than college students) and just don't put up with too much trolling. I'm not a fan of it either, but ill give a few of ya some credit. It was nice to lighten up the mood. I think some of them really just started to get upset with the played out insults. We've put up with that stuff our entire lives and every now and then it gets under your skin and sets us off.

I don't know when or where the racist stuff started over there, I wasn't following threads yesterday evening so all I can do is apologize for my state if some people resorted to that BS.

If any of you are coming to Morgantown, please keep an open mind and realize that does NOT represent us all. Your fan experience can, and SHOULD be an amazing one.

Ok, enough of that, my connection is going to have a helluva time sending all this through my landline

They really do for the most part. It seems to be a sort of hit and miss or a combo of real talk of football along with a few people who realize what trolling is all about. When you get them together in one thread it can spiral out of control and everyone has trouble seeing what's a joke and what's an insult on their culture and state.

I do not speak for the entire site, I mean hell, I've got like 50 posts over there, nearly as much as here by now. What I'm saying is don't judge us all over there by the reactions of a few. I can ignore the BS and even have fun with it, correct me if I'm wrong there, I just wanted to extend an olive branch I guess. I hope anyone coming into town this week/end has a blast.

And yes, moonshine is real, delicious, and friggin' dangerous. Be safe guys.

Hello all,

WMITC is a mixture of young and old. For the most part it is a really good site with a strong core of regular posters that make the place fun. I think what happened is you caught the site in meltdown mode which seems to bring out those that lurk.

I for one greatly appreciate the mass troll attack, we needed it after 2 days of drowning in our own misery. It helped lighten the mood and get us refocused on what is fun about college football.

I think what happened with threads being deleted had to do with a massive Russian spam site attack. Once the mods became aware they went delete crazy to clean it up. I think if the Russian spam thing doesn't happen they let everything slide.

As for the racist issue. I was having a hard time figuring out if you were being serious or using it as one of the bullets in your troll attack. If you were being serious then I believe it is a perception issue maybe based upon a preconceived notion of what you think people are like in West Virginia. I can tell you that if someone at WMITC were to speak out in a racist manner there would be plenty that would call them out on it. We are fun loving people that accept anyone regardless of race, religion, or gender.

For those of you that make it up to Morgantown I know you will have a great time. Like many have already said, take a stroll through the Blue Lot with your K-State colors on. You will be greeted with a smile then offered all the drink and beverages you can handle.

I unfortunately will not be making it to the game. I live out of state and my schedule won't allow it. I do hope to make it to Manhattan next year. I am the one married to the girl from Kansas who also is a big K-State girl. Yes, our house is divided this week. I hope our marriage can survive it.

Snyder is one of the good guys and he makes it easy to like what he has accomplished there at K-State. I usually cheer for you guys, just not this week.

Now back to doing that voodoo you do. Trololololo!

I don't believe they shut down registration because of you. We have had trolls before, and always know there will be more trolls in the future. Many of us like trolls. The reason, I believe, is closing it down long enough to stop the breach that caused the Russian spam sites to invade the site yesterday. Once they get that rectified then I am sure registration will open back up.

For those that already registered, and they were several, you should still be able to log in.

So... Get your troll butts over there and let's finish what you started.

The racist stuff came about first as a minor troll probe but then a guy on your coaching staf sent an incredibly racist tweet calling the sitting President "a colored man"

It was like placing a fat meatball on a tee then throwing a hanging curve with that tee/meatball combo then placing all of that into our wheel house.

Oh man. I only read one of the King's threads and it is amazing how much Pitt still owns them. I mean, did goEMAW have to knock on Pitt's front door to ask if these guys could come out to play? Maybe Pitt keeps a strong hand and won't let most of them outside? Would explain the limited interaction over here.

Can we rent the rest of these guys from Pitt for the rest of the week?

What would something like that even cost? Is Pitt reasonable with their rates?
