I'd be really worried about your offense.  Defensively I think you will be fine but Weber is rough ridin' awful coaching offense.  He turns players into robots by making them stand in certain boxes on the floor and then screeching at them when they move.  It's why his players always look constipated for 30 seconds before they jack a contested jumper as the shot clock is about to go off.

Hey though I'd take Weber back if we could get your football team so you guys really have nothing to complain about.

I would if I thought it gave K-State basketball the best chance to be successful. Isn't that his job? Maybe he thinks oscar is that guy, and it's just a bonus that they get along. Don't know. It's just hard to ignore the stark contrast in personalities from oscar to Frank, and that hiring someone that just got fired almost gurantees you won't have problems with that person (or at least it won't be oscar that starts them). IMO that's the only thing that explains the hiring of oscar Weber. It's hard to look at things as a fan vs. being an AD though.

1. it is as competitive and successful in the rev sports as it can be
2. Make sure we don't run a in the red(diff than maximizing profit)
3. maintains opportunity for scholarship athletes in the non-rev sports
