If declared ineligible though, UT may be hurting, they do have FR PG Javan Felix who was on about the 4*/3* borderline but that would be asking a lot to have a FR come in and run the show.

I hope Rodriguez keeps progressing and improving from what he showed as a FR.

If Kabongo is declared ineligible, giving Felix a lot of minutes at PG and he shows the same promise that Rodriguez did as a FR, then Felix was a very good get for UT.
