This is a great point. You fire Charlie and you are back to square one. You've already gotten shot down by current KState assitant coaches for your head job. You've shown you will fire someone who barely had time to unpack the moving van in Turner and now Charlie. Nobody will take this job. It's pretty crazy to see how much success Florida has had this year after Weis's departure. I was pretty sure they were doomed.
