$50M a year.  Good for him. And glad he's not going to be wearing a Broncos or Raiders jersey.

How much did the cap go up?

That is a lot of money.  Good for him and I guess good for the Packers?  Also glad he is not in Denver.

All those teammates publicly fawning for him got their wish, unfortunately for them there's no more money left for anyone else. They're done as a super bowl contender until he retires.

Chargers still scare me more, especially with all the cap space they have.

Carrington Harrison was talking about this on 610 this afternoon and I got a chubbie just thinking about Mahomes dropping 40 yard back of the end zone bombs to a stretched out tiny lil baby lockett who still has 2 big toes inside the lines.

He is a valuable trade for Seattle.  They are going to waste his talent along with DK in 2022.

I'm really getting the feeling Brady might retire.  Some of his quotes are really hitting like he might be done for his family.

It's the appropriate thing to say about his family right now.

Based purely on ESPN notifications, I suspect Brady only decided to “retire” in the first place to try to get out of his Bucs contract.

New OT rules being proposed to allow each team one possession no matter what. Titans added an interesting wrinkle for their proposal which says the only exception is if the first possessing team gets a TD and 2 point conversion.

I don’t hate that idea but I don’t see how it would make the game more interesting. There would already be some incentive to go for two even if the other team was definitely getting the ball. The only benefit in my eyes is it seems more palatable for teams that prefer the current rule.

The two point thing is dumb, just let both teams get a freaking shot.

Also, if they only do it for the playoffs that is also acceptable, no one really cares about OT in the regular season

That contract for Adams is nuts.  I wonder if Tyreek Hill will be similar to that.

Yeah, we would get more tie games if this rule was in place for regular season games, and tie games suck.
