This would be our biggest road win ever

Sorry to SuperBowl this one up, but it would be, right?

I think it dwarfs 38-9 and any CTR victory in Austin.

i hate "it depends" answers but that's what i'm going to give you.

it totally depends on what the two teams do the rest of the season, imho.

but as of right now, i would agree.

I get the question and I know this isn't the answer, but I think the Miami win last year was pretty huge because of what it meant to the team.

Granted, I know you meant like best team we beat on the road etc.

Guys, a win in down in that fetid backwater could totally change the trajectory of the season, if you know what I mean. I'm just not getting my hopes up (not wanting to have my heart broken and all).

You guys, I heard they have a really good pro-style quarterback, and that ours isn't so great at throwing the ol' pigskin, so we may be in trouble.

Jones   43/59   609   5 TD   2 INT
Klein    40/64   474   4 TD   1 INT

So Jones completes 73% of his passes and Klein completes 63%.
Jones averages 14.2 YPC and 10.3 YPA while Klein averages 11.9 YPC and 7.4 YPA.

Looks like we could be doomed.  That first round pick QB is going to tear us up.  Sorry to rain on the ol' parade here.  'Cats are gonna get smoked.

Wait, it looks like I messed up and switched the QBs in that last post.  The Chamber is actually a way better passer than this Jones character!

WE'RE GOING TO rough ridin' DO THIS GUYS WE'RE GOING TO WIN AND IT IS GOING TO BE INCREDIBLE AND BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT!!!!

I was looking to see where(if) 2001 USC was ranked when we played out there, couldn't remember. This weekend's game would be bigger, probably.

But this on the 2001 USC football wiki page is pretty  :gocho::

The Kansas State Wildcats's September 8, 2001, victory marked the last time a non-Pac-10 team defeated the Trojans in the Coliseum until November 27, 2010, when the Notre Dame Fighting Irish defeated the Trojans 20–16.

They weren't very good in 2001.

It would be bigger than the '03 win @ Nebraska.  That's my favorite because of Ell pushing Jamal Lord pregame, and Pelini's rant at LHCBS after the game.  I'm with emawblast, it depends.  Certainly has potential.  Would cinch it if 'Cats get some attitude with the Land Grabbers before/during game, and win.

I think it dwarfs 38-9 and any CTR victory in Austin.

If we win, it will be.

But the WVU game will become the biggest one ever. And then the UT game would be the biggest home win ever. AND THEN THE MNC WILL BE THE BIGGEST NEUTRAL SITE WIN EVER.

It would probably end up that way, but at this point, it would be hard for me to say this would be a bigger win than @Lincoln in 2003.

that one wasn't big for football reasons though. they sucked (relatively). it was just big because we never win there.

So we destroy OU and their season implodes.  That's not our fault (well, it is, but it isn't, you know?).

We also needed that win to secure the north, and we won by so much than Solich was fired, sending Nub into a downward spiral that they still have not recovered from.

If we win, we should be in the top 5.  I don't think we will be, but that's not the point.
