McShay and scouts, inc give take on KSU - OU..

they listed an edge to one team over the other in personnel units

QB - KState (they love Klein)
RB - OU
WR - OU
OL - KState
DL - OU
LB - KState
Secondary - OU
Special Teams - OU

I can't figure out why they picked OU for special teams.  Either it's a misprint or they base that on OU having better athletes on its roster.  KSU ranks ahead of OU in every special teams category and has obviously returned two kicks for TDs this year...not to mention blocks kicks.

Final score prediction:  competitive game with OU winning 40-31

Clearly misprint.  We get special teams and its 4 categories against 4.  Special teams is the "x factor" and "wins ballgames" so it counts for more.  After recalculating they probably would pick us by 2 touchdowns.

Somebody want to explain how their special teams and running backs are rated higher? There best running back can not even get off the bench, and Willliams who has obviously been there best can not beat Whaley for the starting job!  :lol:  I hope opening kick off lockett takes it too the house!

personally id prefer a long sustained 8 minute drive for a touchdown...followed by a 3 and out...and THEN a Lockett punt return for a touchdown..

would take either!  :dance: I feel like every time i wish for that perfect offensive drive to open the game it never happens. I would say chances of that are 40%, opening kick off 60% so we will see!

That is true... and Hubert has been way more consistent than any OU back.
