It's a good point. The Republicans' are complaining that the poor and elderly aren't paying enough in taxes. They want to raise taxes on everyone except for the top end earners--AKA the ones who have benefited from 93% of income gains this century. Romney and the Republicans know already that the elderly are not likely to be undecided, and the poor probably aren't paying attention to the political noise or are also not undecided.
I'm not outraged at all by what Romney said in the tape. It's refreshing when politicians tell the truth. Oh yeah if you're a college student you're probably not paying "income taxes" (just payroll taxes), so you're a rough ridin' freeloader who needs your taxes raised too. Why don't you get a loan from your parents to help pay for them?
