I don't know that you guys have put a lot of thought into this. 
Honeymoon destinations should be picked for the following reasons (in descending order):
1. Places that encourage sex -- for your sanity.
2. Exoticness -- for eliteness.
3. Places you actually want to visit -- for your enjoyment.
4. Budget considerations -- for your wallet.
If you're locked in on this Arizona idea, lock yourselves in your room and only emerge for things like dinner and massages. Only try to cram in a bunch of activities if they're worth doing in the first place. In other words, Grand Canyon = worthwhile day trip. Window shopping at Beverly Hills = tremendous waste of valuable sexin' time.

shazbot!. this whole thread just pisses me off. god damnit. tell me how much you guys can spend. whether or not you already have airline tickets. the exact dates of the honeymoon and where you need to fly out of and just get the shazbot! out of the way.

Airline tix out of wichita to and from AZ are from her parents. Definitely going to Grand Canyon, the LA/San Diego thing is an idea and will most likely be decided after we've been there for a few days. Thanks for your overwhelming concern, now go check your blood pressure.

you are seriously going to fly to arizona (cause her parents are paying for it), stay at a free place (whos place?), and decide what you will do only after you've been there for a few days?....... you'll then somehow get a car, pay for gas, spend hours driving to grand canyon and then 90210, and then what???? pay for the car, the gas, and the hotel in 90210 all cause you've got a free condo to stay in scottsdale for a few days beforehand? i need more details. i am only trying to help here. you are being ridiculous.
Free place is from her dad's boss. He has a condo in Scottsdale for all of his most elite employees to vacation at, and offered it to us. It was either this condo in AZ or nowhere, cuz we can't afford 7 nights in a hotel and still get to do anything cool. Said condo comes with an SUV with GPS. Grand Canyon will be a day trip a couple days after we get to Scottsdale. For the trip to LA, was just thinking of leaving early some morning and getting there early afternoon to hang at a beach, then go to a hotel that night, I will have a room reserved for this purpose, and hang out around LA the next day and maybe stay another. I understand it's a stretch, but hanging out around Phoenix doesn't seem like a honeymoon. Not exotic enough-see #2 of wrff list. I appreciate the help, really I do, but I have thought about it a little.
All we will pay for is, food, entertainment, and gas to wherever we go, and 1 or 2 nights in a hotel
