4 months ago, I started a new job. At that time, I weighed 225 lbs and was wearing 38's and 40's. (I'm right at 6 foot.) Today, i weigh just over 180 and am wearing 34's. Stress is a wonderful way to lose weight.

QFT. Same story here, plus having to walk 7-12 miles per day. It works wonders on the waist line.

33's in highschool, 33's today. Went up 2 suit sizes because my shoulders and chest are so beefcake.
