As a newer poster, I didn't know that people didn't like kuuuugs. I like kuuuuugs. I guess I read the majority of the snippy comments as only being sarcasm and not dislike for him?

The paths tool in GIMP is the bomb. If that's the equivalent to the pen tool in PS, everyone should use it.

technically using the pen tool in PS creates paths, so basically the same thing.
