I was told before the game from an ITK source that the video crew was going to prank Crouch, show the facemask on TV or something like that. Did it happen?

If you're on a PC, you can watch it with KM player and adjust the audio / video playback to try and sync it up.

I downloaded the mp4.

If you want HD you'll have to go out and find a high quality torrent, but for what I want to look for the rip from youtube is great.
