crap crashes immediately every time I open it.  The online forums show a bunch of others with similar problems and no real answers.  Anyone have this happen and successfully solve it?

they always seem to be tweeting out random people having issues. I've never had problems though.

I have used it for about 6 months now at work and never once had an issue.  Then all of a sudden, boom.
