« on: September 07, 2012, 07:16:25 AM »
Quote
Xzavier Stewart, 23, Chicago, Ill., is charged with two counts of bank robbery. In count one he is charged with robbing the Bank of the West, 9400 Antioch in Overland Park, Kan. on Aug. 20, 2012. In count two he is charged with robbing the same bank on July 28, 2012.

He initially was charged in a criminal complaint filed last month in U.S. District Court in Kansas City, Kan. The indictment adds a second bank robbery charge.

If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 20 years and a fine up to $250,000 on each count. The FBI investigated. Assistant U.S. Attorney Sheri McCracken is prosecuting.

O man, just remembered a good Xavier stewart story, not sure on the exact time but it was sometime right after snyder took back over.

I was working at tubby's one night and there was an altercation on the dance side, about 4-5 bouncers had to kick some wasted dude out. He's ranting an raving out on the street, shirt off, he's a big man. Someone notifies RCPD and as they are walking up this guy jumps in his car and takes off, RCPD makes a couple of calls and begin pursuit.

I start talking to one of the bouncers and ask him what happened.

"o nothing really, Xavier stewart was hammered and creeping on some girls hard, we had to kick him out which he wasnt to happy about. He'll probably get a DUI now as well"

Welp, he never got a dui and I credit that to old man bill.

i also had to catch a pretty important flight to kansas city and was more/less on my way to the airport. then had to stay over an hour to talk to fbi, etc. when they finally let me leave they had someone escort me out. the whole parking lot was taped off and there were media and people gathered all around. i hopped in my car and took off. made the flight.

was called the next day by a guy in school with me at the time who said "uh is that you on the front page of the paper". apparently they snapped a shot of the cop walking me out with the caption under it saying something like "police walk out person who is believed to have just been a customer..." or something like that. was pretty surreal. still have a copy of the paper.

A Chicago man pleaded guilty Monday to robbing an Overland Park bank _ apparently for the second time.
Xzavier Stewart, 23, robbed the Bank of the West at 9400 Antioch Road on Aug. 20. A teller recognized him as the same man who robbed her at the same bank less than a month earlier.

Goodbye

Also

Overland Park police soon located it and arrested Stewart after a chase that reached 20 mph

X definitely has goals #1 (Commitment) and #8 (Enthusiasm) down, but probably needs to focus more on #9 (Eliminate Mistakes) and #10 (Never give up).

Robbing the same bank twice in the same month seem to be a big old #10 in my book

They probably ran him down in their squad car going 20 mph. He was probably going slower than that or they would not have caught him.
