Anyone been to Casa Bonita?

Gonna be in Denver this summer and was wondering if this place is elite as everyone brags it up to be?

Have I rough ridin' been there?  Jesus, Dooley use to work there as a both a cliff diver and a mariachi violinist.  SuperG and I use to eat for free constantly.

Funny thing is, when I me Dooley, I leaned over and whispered to JG "I'll bet he cliff dives and plays classical violin."  I know I was off, but pretty fracking close.

I love the Casa. Last two times I was there I found sweet hats for a decent price in the gift shop, right after I gorged myself on microwaved enchiladas and endless sugary sopapillas :love: :love: Don't know anyplace else that lets broke, desperate high school lifeguards from the community pool perform technical dives into a shallow pond surrounded by jagged concrete. Best dinner entertainment of all time.

I do still get a tad creeped out by Bart's cave tho.

Think I shined my fingernails to this once before, but I would be happy to interrupt the president with this story, so AANNYWHOO, me and the fam went there once when I was a kid, prolly age 6 or so. Millions of kids standing in a circle screaming at the chance to whack the paper donkey. I was "the chosen one". They handed me the stick. I glared at the pastel colored ass with fury never to be seen again until my first entrance into the OoD. 2 whacks later and the donkey was in two. I stand and fist pump while the 999,999 other kids and candy simultaneously fall to my feet. Glory at its finest.  :gocho:

Casa Bonita: Come for the shirtless black guy doing flips into water, stay for the Fanky Malloon, leave for the Association of Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) Citizens thrift store right around the corner.  IT IS THE MOST BADASS THRIFT STORE OF ALL-TIME.
