I think he was just facepalming the thought of the band being in the north endzone. Perhaps being an bad person though too. I actually don't think it would be all that bad to have them over there. Most people don't hate the band as much as people on here, and lots of schools have their bands in the endzone and it looks pretty good on tv. Plus, aren't the seats they are taking up right now more expensive? I dunno.
