Skinbens I'm coming down in 3 weeks for the Chiefs-Saints game. 1. Can I stay with you if my hotel gets blown away. 2. French Quarter PAK for the Kstate-Oklahoma game if you're still alive?

Of course it's newsworthy...it's also absurd.

For the record, I won't be watching a minute of the RINO convention...and I don't care if the state-run media shows it at all.

They WILL try to paint barry as a holy weather warrior who saved the blacks from the worst storm ever recorded in human history...

Hooray for being on the east side of the storm where all the tornadoes spawn.

Reminds me of home.

Report: we watched Pineapple Express for a while and then the power went out  Then I did the only thing you really can do during a 3-day storm: stepped up the pak'ing and started getting even more pak'd. My friends and I went outside and I brought my acoustic guitar and we had a Pak'd sing-along outside in the carport in pouring rain/crazy wind. Did we play CCR's "Have You Ever Seen the Rain?" You bet your sweet ass we did. Did we do some Ben Kweller and some Pixies and some Flaming Lips and some Garth Brooks and some Syrp 'N' Teen and some Refreshments? As it turns out....yes.

And it sounded great. GREAT.

Okay, I think I'm turning off my cell phone to conserve batteries. No telling how long this power outage is going to last. (If I can't stream the wild wild duplex cats against the SWMS Ding-Dongs then I am gonna be fukkin' :curse: ). See you clownz in a few days. There's your update, bad person.

Oh also, earlier I walked down a deserted street with the wind howling and the rain pouring from a slate sky...and I listened to"Paranoid Android" on my headphones. It was the most pure and eerie and beautiful and horrible experience this side of walking around MHK in the rain, crying about lost love.

"Rain down", indeed. well playef, Thhhhom.

My lake of the Ozarks golf trip this weekend just turned into drinking whiskey and watching football weekend.  Not a terrible fall back plan.
