If you guys really saw a ghost you'd run out of there like the three stooges at the end of all those old shorts

Update: lowballed the their faces off.  Waiting to hear back.  My realtor broke some fancy figurine while there...or that's what she said.  I suppose the ghost could have flung it at her head upon delivering the offer.  Surely she would have told me if this is how it went down.

Does the potential new home have a spot for the CNS Casey outdoor rec room?  Might become a higher priority with the possibility of a haunting.

No pool.  Plenty of room to put one in the back yard though.  I am thinking since the guy died in the shower that a pool would be safe.  I mean, if he couldn't handle water in life, he probs can't in death, right?

The last thing I need is some ghost dunking me when trying to tan.

Maybe I should put some sort of contingency in the contract if we get it  :dunno:

plus if he haunts the showers you could always bathe in the pool

True story: did not believe in ghosts until I saw one last year, now I am a full believer. Ghosts are real man.

I figure ghosts are probably like regular folks.  Some are good, so are bad.  Some of them are probably cool to hang out with, most are probably douchebags.  What if this particular ghost is a really good dude amd would have made a great neighbor if he only knew how to swim? Are you willing to risk that?

You should explain.  I mean, I don't mind seeing ghosts, I just don't want the shower to clog up every time he re-enacts his death and stuff.  Know what I mean?

while at work one night, was taking care of an old lady that was complaining of chest pain. she was talking to an old man that I figured to be her husband, seemed like a nice old man. he gave me some information about her. after talking to the lady some more, I turned back around to talk to him, and he was gone. I figured he went to get some things for her to take to the hospital.

then, this lady's middle-aged son walks in the room, I ask him if the old man "bob" went to get her things. he looks at me real weird and says that his dad, named bob, died about 10 years ago, and no one else lived in the house. creeped the eff out of me.

on the way out of the house I saw a picture of the old lady and her dead husband bob, the man I saw was definitely him.

I'm not saying the ghost was a mean guy or anything, but up until that point I had never thought of ghosts as being real. now that I know they are real, I'm sure there are mean ghosts out there and I want nothing to do with them.

Yeah, even though that old guy ghost seemed like a nice dude, I bet having him around all the time would get annoying.  Especially if his preferred haunt was my bathroom.  I like to take care of some business in the bathroom on occassion and an old man would really cramp my style.
