So lets see if I've got this right.

Reports are:

-Kstate made the "you're the only QB we'll recruit in this class" offer to Bender.

-The 1 or 2 other BCS schools who were even talking to him, told him they wouldn't offer him as a QB . . . if they even offered at all.

Is that about right?

Coach will welcome him back as long as it is not a university issue that caused him to leave. Coaches always welcome back the homesick/ herniated girlfriend kids because they don't really have anything to lose in doing so. Without letting them back, they are out a scholly for a year.
