Probably depends. If someone from JMU wrote the arrangement (which is v. different from the song) and the POWL just played that then we'd probably have to pay for rights to the arrangement. But if there was some stud music whiz(/gE.c poster) from K-State who wrote an arrangement for the POWL to play then JMU prolly wouldn't get dick. But the POWL might have to pay Golgo Baldelli. We could ask Trim, even though he's probably not that kind of lawyer.
