why do the most important voices in our fanbase continue to be quelled by this athletic department?

do we not matter as much as the cattle ranchers and oil magnets?

does our opinion lack validity?  do our thoughts not deserve a sounding board outside of this privately funded venture, goEMAW?

one of the basic beliefs of 1Cat is that we all stand together, and yet our athletic department has chosen a life in the shadows, decisions made behind closed doors, and a unique definition of transparency that only makes sense to a chosen few.  as kansas state fans we deserve better than this.  it's all of our money that pays their salaries, pays for expansion, and keeps them in business.  our wallets led to the success on the field and in the profit and loss statements which have been recognized as the best in the business.

this oppression cannot sustain itself.
