This is the latest presentation by the firm hired to do long term KSU master plan.  Click on the Nov 5-7 slides link in the left hand column.  Pretty interesting.  I like where they are going with it.

It was "The Athletic Dorm" originally, IIRC. Scholarship athletes were the only residents, other than a coach and his family who were like RA's in the other dorms. Athletes trashed the flyin'-eff out of the place and there were lots of police calls there. So, eventually, it wasn't the Athletic Dorm anymore. I suspect much of the current disrepair is traceable back to the A-Dorm days.

There was a pool in the basement that was paved over. It still floods like no other.
