If I could open up a hot dog/food cart on KSU campus 4-5 days a week without paying enormous rent I would. I'd never work another job again.

Didn't even know about it. But after seeing the renderings that building is a pretty hot piece of ass.

That's what I saw on the video. Building looks to take up roughly the eastern half of that parking lot.

Reportedly that new science quad is going to cost $200 million and if you look at some drawings of the master plan there's another new building for biology.

I know they want to move parking north to the football stadium and bus people in, but that isn't feasible IMO. Too many random issues to deal with that cause total cluster fucks a handful of times a year. I mean it's not often, but seems like a huge problem when it does happen.

as long as the world keeps pumping out 18-22 year old horndogs, there will always be a place for large colleges and college classrooms. they're basically giant night clubs that just happen to offer degrees.

Yeah college isn't as much about getting a degree as much as it is a vacation between when your parents kick you out of the house at 18 and when the government stops loaning you money for "education".
