Also I'll have pics to post later today.  The exterior is about done structurally, still working on getting ready for exterior for possible stone/stucco work.

The building at 4th and Pierre is coming along too.  Pretty large office building which is on the land for the old Manhattan Appliance and Sleep Store.  Doing the brick work now.  Also in the area, Radina's sign is up at their new diggs in the Blue Earth Plaza at 3rd and Ft Rileyish. 

They are building a new pizza store and the new GTM facility on Menard's front lawn. Pizza Ranch looks almost done.

The Bluemont Hotel is coming along quite nicely. Their ad during the spring game said they'd be open on Sept 17, which is an earlier date than I had heard before. But with the Auburn game on the 18th it makes sense.

What is going up next the American Legion on McCall?

I wonder if they have bollards they plan to put along the length of sidewalk to help prevent that.
