the easiest thing for you to do is to just get comfortable with the fact that these things will never change and will be with you your entire life. sure there are pockets of time when everything is great and you're on top of the proverbial kathead, but it will always come crashing down around you. ying and the yang. everyone deals with crap like this. accept it, and move on.
