I would be curious to see how skeetbag defines "problem" when he says that golf course has a rattlesnake problem. Just how many snakes does this course have? I'm sure this was just a case of some kid losing his golf ball in the tall grass and then not looking where he stepped when he went to go find it. If you are in a rattlesnake's natural habitat, expect to find rattlers.
