SIAP.. News regarding Sams..
I have not been on GPC in a while, and didn't know if it has been mentioned, but I guess Sams has not been showing up to workouts the last few weeks. I guess it is along the lines of not wanting to switch positions. They said he is playing his way out of the program.

Take it fwiw, because this is from players.

Hopefully there is a reason for him not going, but nobody knows

while playing on the scout team in a scrimmage he ran over Chapman for a TD and then threw the ball in his face and told him to take that weak crap back to juco and then they got in a helmets on fist fight. he is super adorable on twitter. his dog is adorable. he's (sams, not the dog) super athletic. could play any position on the field. the total package. like, we may not be very good next year. we lose a lot. but he was someone who I was very excited to see get significant downs.

he was a very hard worker during his redshirt year and kicked people's ass as designated scout team RGIII, Broyles, etc. he only had great things to say about Klein and Snyder on twitter. I think it must be something else if true.

Yes. He was the only QB we'd take in the class, and if he joined the squad, we wouldn't recruit another.

FWIW, schools came on hard at him late. I think OU wanted him as a DB, and Miami wanted him as a WR. He stuck with us to play QB.
