Its okay guys, at any given moment 66% of ALL, that's ALL college students are engaged in  :bong:

In fact, 56% have their dealer sitting on a chair behind the couch where they're engaged in  :bong:

Mom and Dad visited several times but they just didn't have any idea who the guy was and will have no further comment.

do you think these junkies will be able to kick the smack or are they all lost causes?  on intervention they sometimes have to just let them go.  you can't force these people to get clean.

Apparently this guy wasn't the primary dealer.

So, they've got multiple dealers and that can't be a good sign.

T's and P's

But hey everyone, 66% of ALL college students are engaged in the use of illegal drugs at any given moment in time.

I would like to see the city commission work on ways to keep KU players out of Manhattan. I mean, I understand that they come here to escape the racism and boredom of Lawrence, and I'm all for tourist dollars, but not at the risk of our own student athletes' innocence.

Think about all the times Trob went berserk on somebody and got a technical.  Very good chance he was hopped up on dope.  :ohno: :ohno:  We're so lucky nobody was ever hurt badly and that bath salts hadn't made their way to Lawrence.... Can you imagine?  :runaway: :runaway:
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

There should be a rule against trading student athlete tickets for illegal drugs.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Terra Morehead told a federal magistrate that authorities seized $11,000 and an iPhone when they searched Villeareal’s house in May 2011.

She described him as a supplier of marijuana to a number of individuals, “including a number of Kansas University basketball players from the 2010-2011 season.”

“We know that because of the text messages we obtained from the iPhone and also from surveillance that was done throughout this investigation of Mr. Villeareal,” Morehead said, according to a transcript of the hearing obtained by The Star.

This isn't "alleged" any longer.  When a U.S. Attorney goes on record and says that they have these FACTS, you have no where to hide.

Will those text messages become public record?

I would think that they will, when they are submitted as evidence.  Should be a very good read.

How much pressure will the Morningstars, Self, etc. put on the guy to plead guilty or take a whooping in a plea deal?  You have to think it never gets there.

Doubtful.  They'd have to prosecute the players too and the AUSA doesn't bust pot heads.

A ton.  I'd bet he ends up with a crim lawyer much higher than he can afford.

Law enforcement works UP the supply chain, not down to the little fish (ku players).  They must have filled that phone with lots of pleas for contraband for the USAO to make specific mention of it.  Li'l bro has some drug problems, sounds like it's pretty bad.

I_have_purplewood, T-Rob has to be addicted to bath salts.
