Isn't a substitute for normal sleep patterns, though it could hold you over a couple of weeks.

Had a buddy screw around with this for about a week.  He seemed miserable.

I'm more interested in segmented sleep patters. The thought of a second sleep as an historical norm intrigues me.

seems like it would be hard to keep the sleep schedule and get the proper amount of 'pakd for important events.

I do it from late spring to early fall. Go to bed around 11-12  get up around 4-5 head off to work at 6 then take a short nap after work.I don`t do it much in the winter and getting Pak`d can throw it off a little bit but I`m 50 and have been doing it for years.

I like this guy.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

I've never heard of it being called this, but I've done it off and on for many years.
