Tear out the pool and move it out to the Rec Complex and turn that facility into a Volleyball Arena. Enclose Memorial Stadium renovate and expand, and have the whole section between College Heights and Anderson-Sunset and Denison owned by K-State athletics with Football Facility, Indoor and Outdoor Track and Baseball Field located in that.
